As per December 1st 2025, indupro, enleverage and Last Week Media converge into a new name and company: ectus.
It’s not a small thing to change a name that carries almost 50 years of work, reputation, and memory. But here we are. New beginnings. Necessary ones.
ectus isn’t a reinvention. It’s the natural convergence of three paths I’ve been walking for years.
indupro (1976) was my late father’s brokerage firm. There’s emotion in that. Legacy. But legacy can’t substitute for protection or future value. The name no longer matched the breadth of what I’m building. With full family support, the right decision was to evolve.
enleverage (2016) has been my US entity. Enable leverage. Still part of my DNA. Still the reason I look wide and deep before making moves. That entity now simply carries a new name.
Last Week Media (2020) covered newsletters and digital tools. Lighter weight. Easier to let go of.
The through-line becomes ectus.
What’s in the name? More than you’d think.
So what does all this roll up to? A sharper, more deliberate offering that sits at the intersection of agriculture, ingredients, technology, and the people who move these industries.
The focus is simple.
If any of this resonates. If you’re somewhere in the world between growers, processors, ingredient buyers, tech builders, investors, and innovators.
Then ectus might end up being useful to you.
